On Wednesday, May 21st, SGSNY Patron, President’s Circle, and Lifetime members gathered for a Bubbles of Britain wine tasting at the home of former SGSNY Board Director Hannah Gräfin von Waldersee.

On Tuesday, May 20th, St. George’s Society of New York welcomed 17 Brooklyn-based senior beneficiaries for a relaxing and joyful afternoon at the Brooklyn Botanic Garden.

This spring, Steve ran three half-marathons across two countries to raise funds for SGSNY’s three charitable program to support individuals and families in need for over 255 years.

SGSNY welcomed 45 current scholars, alumni, and Mountbatten Program participants to this year’s Career Development Workshop at New York Life’s incredible 1 World Trade Center offices.

Every year, a Kindergarten class from the British International School of New York visits our offices to meet three Beneficiaries.

Mary, Marie and Katie recently went to visit one of our long-standing Beneficiaries, 92 year-old Steve DePass. Steve’s family emigrated to the United States from Jamaica, enabling him to build a family and career in New York City.
