This World Cup, St. George’s Society of New York is bringing the British football community together across the NYC metro area. We’re hosting a series of World Cup watch parties at pubs and bars throughout New York, giving our members and fellow football fans a place to meet, cheer, and watch the matches together.

Whether you’re supporting England, Scotland, or tentatively Northern Ireland or Wales, or simply want to enjoy football in great company, join us at a location near you. Get match locations and local meetups by signing up below.

What to Expect

  • Live World Cup match screenings with Brits and UK-connected fans

  • Multiple pub locations across NYC and nearby New Jersey

  • Casual, hosted meetups - no membership required

  • Come for one match or follow the whole tournament.

This is not a ticketed event series. It’s a network of match-day meetups, announced as matches and venues are confirmed. Expect a friendly, social atmosphere, whether you’re a lifelong member or joining us for the first time.

Which Matches Will We Be Showing?

We’ll focus on:

  • England group stage matches

  • Scotland group stage matches where feasible

  • Knockout games as long as UK teams are in play.

Exact venues and timings will be shared by email as the tournament approaches.
