SGSNY Career Workshop 2025

SGSNY Scholars, Alumni, and Mountbatten Program Participants

SGSNY welcomed 45 current scholars, alumni, and Mountbatten Program participants to this year’s Career Development Workshop at New York Life’s incredible 1 World Trade Center offices.

The group enjoyed an inspiring evening focused on their professional development and growth. The talks focused on financial planning, confidence in the workplace, and interview prep. Our experienced speakers, Sarinah Jean Baptiste, Katiana Dure, Anna Szpunar, and Geri McKenna, shared practical advice with our Scholars, which left them feeling more prepared to navigate their next steps with clarity and confidence.

This workshop is part of an ongoing effort to prepare SGSNY Scholars for life after graduation, equipping them with the tools and support they need as they get ready to enter the workforce this summer.
