Scholarship Recipients Selected For 2018/19 Year
Thanks to funds raised at this year's English Ball, the Society awarded 36 scholarships totaling $149,880 to final-year students at Lehman and Hunter Colleges for the 2018/19 academic year.

2018 English Ball Sets Fundraising Record
St. George's Society hosted its annual gala, the English Ball, on St. George's Day at the Mandarin Oriental in New York City. Thanks to the generosity of our guests, we raised a record-breaking $151,776 on the night for the Society’s Scholarship Program.
Meet Natalie
In Natalie’s home country of Jamaica, college was just a dream but after immigrating to America, it became a reality. Thanks to the St. George’s Society scholarship, Natalie will graduate with her BA in Biology in May–putting her one step closer to her lifelong ambition to become a doctor.

Going the Distance with Team SGSNY
Team SGSNY ran the Armory NYC Indoor Marathon Relay on 17th March. With a 2nd place finish, they raised more than $1,300 for the Society's charitable programs.

Announcing New Partnership with Solving Kids' Cancer
This year, St. George’s Society will launch a partnership with UK charity Solving Kids’ Cancer providing practical and logistical support to families of children visiting New York from the UK for clinical trials and treatment.
Meet Lottie
Four-year-old Lottie has been fighting a battle against high-risk neuroblastoma for more than two years. In order to prevent relapse, Lottie’s family—who are based in the UK—raised enough funds to enroll her in clinical trials at Memorial Sloan Kettering in New York.
