A Festive Evening with the BIS-NY Choir at the Queen Elizabeth II Garden
Warm holiday greetings from all of us at SGSNY, BIS-NY and the QEII Garden!
St. George’s Society of New York was delighted to welcome members, friends, and the wider community to the Queen Elizabeth II Garden for our annual Christmas tree lighting and carol service.
Held at the Queen Elizabeth II September 11 Garden, the evening brought together people of all ages to mark the start of the festive season. The evening’s highlight was the performance by the British International School of New York’s (BIS-NY) choir, whose talented students had the audience joyfully singing along to beloved carols as the tree lights were switched on.
The BIS-NY choir performed beautifully, drawing in the public as well as those who had come specifically for the event. We are very grateful to the students, teachers, and staff of BIS-NY for giving their time and sharing their talent with our community.
St. George’s Society of New York would like to thank the British International School of New York and the Queen Elizabeth II Garden for partnering with us on this event, and everyone who joined us for a lovely and memorable start to the holiday season.
