Give Back This Thanksgiving: SGSNY Volunteer Day at Saint Thomas Church in NYC

Join SGSNY for a special Thanksgiving volunteer day at Saint Thomas Church’s Neighbor to Neighbor program on Saturday, November 22, 2025. Together, we'll slice, and share pies with more than 140 unhoused New Yorkers while helping serve the church’s regular Saturday breakfast.

All volunteers are encouraged to bring a pie (homemade or store-bought) to the event. We will need a group of bakers to stay and distribute the pies. Indicate your intention to stay through the morning when selecting your ticket.

This is a unique chance to give back, build community with fellow members, and spread holiday warmth in the heart of the city. Capacity is limited to 20 volunteers, so reserve your spot early and be part of this meaningful tradition.
