Join SGSNY and celebrate Pancake Day at The Churchill!
Co-Hosted by BritishAmerican Business
What is Pancake Day?
Pancake Day, or Shrove Tuesday, is the traditional feast day before the start of Lent on Ash Wednesday. Shrove Tuesday was the last opportunity for people to use up eggs and fats before embarking on their fasting and pancakes are the perfect way of using up these ingredients.
A traditional English pancake is a thin, flat cake, made of batter and fried in a frying pan, served with lemon juice and caster sugar as toppings.
We'll be serving up complimentary traditional English pancakes at our sweetest networking event.

Tim and Jake may be Deaf roommates sharing an apartment in the city, but they’re polar opposites—each with very different views on what it means to be Deaf in a hearing world. When it comes to taking out the trash, they spiral into a comic and insightful examination of their personal garbage—and their perceptions of each other’s lives.
Special thanks to our friends at PACNYC for their generous donation!
