NEWS - The Annual Open Golf Championship

Every June, the St. George’s Society hosts an Open Golf Championship at The Suburban Golf Club, 1730 Morris Avenue, Union, NJ 07083. This year's tournament will be on Thursday, June 5.

Participants meet at the Club for lunch at 12 noon, followed by 18 holes of golf on one of the Tri-State area’s finest private courses, then enjoy cocktails and dinner served on the terrace overlooking the course.   

The Silver Claret Jug trophy for the winner is presented at the English Ball the following year, engraved with the winner’s name annually.  Prizes for Longest Drive and Closest to the Hole are presented at the course.  

Several different sponsorship opportunities are available for companies and individuals.
